Product Features: Based on actual application processes, independently developed shaft seals provide a running environment for the bearings, ensuring the process is pollution-free and free of oil leakage and other malfunctions. Bearings are lubricated by splash oil (which can improve bearing durability compared to grease lubrication). The housing and screw rotor do not contact. The screw rotor operates without contact. (Simple internal structure, easy to maintain.) Different coating options are available based on the application process: PTFE, PFA, PEEK, Ni+PFA, Hastelloy, Hastelloy+PEEK double coating, and Hastelloy+PFA double coating (suitable for handling corrosive gases or compressed gases). Utilizing ultra-precision synchronous gears, dynamic balancing, and IEC motors (easy installation, low noise, minimal vibration)
