If there are no condensate tanks or in case of other special circumstances, it is also possible to excavate at other parts of the pipeline and cut through the pipe at that location.
Next, be aware that the distance between each operation pit is typically around 200 meters, with the size of the operation pit being designed to accommodate the convenience of three to four people.
Thirdly, pay attention to installing the nozzle of the high-pressure cleaning machine at the location of the condensate tank. Connect the water source and start the equipment. The pressure can be adjusted below 500 kilograms per square centimeter. Use the foot valve to control the nozzle of the high-pressure cleaning equipment for cleaning. The reverse jet during cleaning will propel most of the dirt towards the condensate tank or the break point. When the nozzle reaches the pre-set location, approximately 80 to 100 meters away, manually pull out the high-pressure hose along with the nozzle in the opposite direction of the operation. Utilize the reverse jet to remove the dirt washed off. This operation requires carefulness, precision, stability, and safety.
Be mindful that while operating the high-pressure washing vehicle for cleaning, the vacuum suction truck should be activated to extract the mixture of dirt and water collected in the condensate tank. Subsequently, restore the condensate tank and pipeline connections to their original state. Additionally, conduct a tightness test on the cleaned pipelines to ensure the entire cleaning process is of the highest quality and safety. Thoroughly execute each step of the operation procedure.
