However, if multiple AI computing centers can be interconnected, AI resources can be utilized effectively. When multiple AI computing centers form a network, the effect is greater than the sum of its parts, not just simple power addition, but an efficient use of data, computing power, and ecosystems. The computing power network can centrally manage, collaboratively schedule, and elastically allocate resources, channeling surplus resources to areas in need, achieving efficient nationwide resource utilization.

Data can flow between different regions, sharing innovative achievements and models. By then, the artificial intelligence computing center will not only be infrastructure but also a platform aggregating public data resources and, more importantly, a platform for sharing innovative outcomes. Any industry or enterprise in need can benefit from it. Enterprises in different regions can also collaborate effortlessly.

Proposals for the development of artificial intelligence have mentioned "forming a secure and reliable ecosystem of basic hardware and software technologies, establishing several artificial intelligence computing centers, creating a wide-area collaborative AI platform, and providing inclusive computing power and service support." More and more artificial intelligence computing centers are under construction in Xi'an, Chengdu, the Central Plains, and Nanjing. Building additional AI computing centers is an essential foundation for AI development. Once the computing power network is formed, computing power will be as accessible as any other resource, significantly reducing the cost of AI computing power in society. This will lead to widespread development in innovative research and applications related to artificial intelligence. Along with this, the development of China's digital economy will follow. Traditional infrastructure has brought acceleration to China's economy, enabling the country to achieve "overtaking in a bend" from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the Reform and Opening-up, and now to the world's forefront.

The construction of artificial intelligence infrastructure and the formation of an AI computing power network will propel China forward in this round of new infrastructure development. The AI computing power network will become China's new driving force, laying a solid foundation for its development in the digital age.
