A smoke exhaust fan is a mechanical device that quickly removes odors, high temperatures, and smoke gases generated during the food processing in a kitchen. The machine is characterized by its excellent heat resistance and high efficiency. The types of fans include centrifugal and axial fans, and the choice of the appropriate size depends on the space and arrangement of the exhaust hoods. The HTF series fire-resistant high-temperature smoke exhaust fans are products of the "Starfire" project, featuring excellent performance, good heat resistance, high efficiency, less floor space than centrifugal fans, and easy installation. The HTF fire fans have excellent heat resistance: the fan tests comply with the GBJ45-82 fire safety standards, and the company has established an internal control system that exceeds these standards, allowing continuous operation for over 60 minutes at 300°C and for 20 hours at a time at 100°C without damage. They are widely used in high-end residential buildings, ovens, underground parking garages, tunnels, and other locations. The performance listed in the HTF fire fan performance table is within the high-efficiency range, divided into five performance points based on airflow. The selection should be based on the performance table. The qualified fire fans for shipment meet the rated airflow with an error in total pressure not exceeding ±5%, and the performance selection table is based on standard conditions, applicable to technical documents or order requirements.
