Equipment Principle: 1. The cleaning machine primarily uses high-pressure spray for cleaning, with hot water at about 80°C as the main cleaning force. 2. The equipment consists of several sections, including a hot alkali water spray section, a disinfectant water spray section, and a drying section, among others. The disinfectant water spray section and drying section can be customized according to customer requirements. 3. The disinfectant solution in the disinfectant tank is manually adjusted for concentration before being added. The alkali water tank is equipped with steam heating pipes and electric heating pipes; the temperature in both tanks is automatically controlled, with settings ranging from room temperature to 80°C. 4. All circulating water tanks use horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pumps for spray circulation, simultaneously spraying and washing the baskets from above, below, left, and right. Each tank is designed with two filtration systems for easy cleaning of debris. Each tank is equipped with a separate drain valve for cleaning, which is then discharged through a common pipe.
