Before each startup, the crew must check the oil level, coolant level, ensure the fuel lines are clear, verify the battery cables are properly connected, and confirm the circuit breakers are in the off position.

2. During engine start-up, if the engine fails to start successfully within the scheduled time, and there are three consecutive failed attempts, the start-up process should be halted to investigate the cause of the fault.

3. After the engine start-up is successful, no personnel are allowed to stand on either side of the crew; monitor the oil pressure, frequency (or RPM), and three-phase voltage to ensure they are normal. If they are not, the machine should be stopped for inspection.

4. After the aircraft is operating normally, wait for the engine coolant temperature to reach 45°C before closing the air switch, and gradually increase the load from large to small (avoid closing or opening the switch with the load connected).

5. It is strictly prohibited for the crew to operate the equipment under low load conditions (less than 30% load) for extended periods. Standby units should be operated at full load for at least 4 hours annually.

6. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to remove the battery; do not randomly press the "Emergency Stop" button unless it is an emergency situation.

7. When installing battery wires, connect the positive pole first, then the negative pole. When disconnecting battery wires, remove the negative pole first, then the positive pole. If welding is required, disconnect the negative battery wire and the controller power supply.

8. When the unit is parked, it should first be unloaded. After shutdown, disconnect the air switch and promptly inspect and clean the exterior of the unit. Keep a record of each use. Check the battery status to ensure the unit is in a standby start condition.

9. Operators must use diesel with a cold filter plugging point below -10 during the cold season (October to April) and must use antifreeze for cooling. It is strictly prohibited to use regular water for cooling.

When an aircraft malfunction occurs, it should be inspected and repaired by experienced personnel or contact professional technicians.
