Chengdu Overhead Crane

The jib crane operates at a light-duty intensity. It consists of a column, a rotating arm with a drive mechanism, and an electric hoist. The column is anchored to a concrete foundation through anchor bolts at its lower end. The jib rotation is powered by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer. The electric hoist operates on a straight line left and right on the I-beam of the jib, lifting heavy loads. The crane's rotating arm is an empty-type steel structure, which is lightweight, has a large span, and can carry heavy loads, making it economical and durable. The built-in walking mechanism uses special engineering plastics with rolling bearings for its wheels, ensuring minimal friction and smooth movement; the compact structural size is particularly advantageous for increasing the hook travel distance.
