The spray tower's treatment principle: Acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower through a duct, then passes through a filling layer. Here, the waste gas and sodium hydride absorbent are in thorough contact with the gas and liquid, absorbing and neutralizing the gas. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated by the dust removal plate and then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. At the bottom of the tower, the absorbent is sprayed from the top using a pump, then recirculated back to the bottom. The purified acid mist waste gas meets emission standards.
