The spray tower's treatment principle: Acid mist waste gas is introduced into the purification tower via ducts, where it comes into contact with the absorbent agent, sodium hydride, and the gas and liquid through the filling layer, absorbing and neutralizing the gas. After purification, the acid mist waste gas is dehydrated by the dust board and then released into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorbent is sprayed from the top of the tower after being pressurized with a pump at the bottom, and then recirculated back to the bottom. The purified acid mist waste gas meets emission standards.
