The casting workshop is equipped with two 20T and 40T cranes, one 10T and one 7T cupola furnace, two 10x4x3m (length x width x height) drying kilns, one 10x4x5m (length x width x height) annealing kiln, one vibration aging machine, a fully standardized and comprehensive理化 laboratory and material testing equipment, as well as rapid on-site testing equipment and methods. The large furnace section has developed a mature and strict process for various brand castings through long-term practice by technical personnel and senior technicians, ensuring precise material properties for various brand castings. The casting workshop can supply castings weighing up to 50 tons in various brands, with an annual casting capacity exceeding 25,000 tons.

The Heavy Machining Division offers large-scale machining dimensions up to 12×4.1×2.5 (length×width×height), and features several large machining equipment, including: 3×8m CNC gantry milling machines, X2032 gantry milling machines, B2020 gantry planers, B225 gantry planers, Z30100 and Z3080 radial drilling machines, as well as X3810 and X3510 face milling machines, among dozens of other units.

Assembly Plant: Boasts nearly a hundred skilled grinding and assembly technicians, responsible for the general assembly of grinding, machine tool assembly, CNC machines, and special-purpose CNC equipment. With a lifting capacity of 100 tons, major equipment includes lathes, milling machines, boring machines, and radial arm drills; primary measuring tools include laser interferometers, collimators, frame level, leveling instruments, large granite levels, squares, protractors, large calipers, micrometers, and micrometer calipers. During assembly, workers strictly adhere to the "three conformities" in the assembly process, i.e., assembly according to drawings, processes, and standards, ensuring that substandard parts do not proceed to the next step or get assembled. Rigorously control the quality of product assembly, combining self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection, and pursuing strict quality standards for product assembly.
