We know that under the existing technological conditions globally, there is no technology or product that can completely and permanently eliminate pollution sources, particularly formaldehyde in man-made materials, in a single instance. As long as there are man-made materials, there will be pollution sources. Therefore, a single technology or product cannot eliminate indoor air pollution issues permanently. When external conditions like temperature and humidity change, the pollution sources will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution again. In such cases, the whole-process purification technology - Valier's three-dimensional maintenance and control - combines multiple cutting-edge technologies, addressing the core root internally and externally, treating both symptoms and root causes, and ultimately solves the current technical issues such as ineffective treatment of indoor air pollution, substandard results, or short-term effectiveness, and truly achieves a healthy and livable indoor environment.
(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation
Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decorative materials and furniture (such as cracking at joints, leather aging, furniture deformation, and wall paint peeling off, etc.). We use the method of fumigation with universal purifying agents at room temperature, which accelerates the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOC in raw materials. The raw materials of universal purifying agents are internationally recognized AAA-grade safe substances, which can almost act on all organic pollutants, actively attacking and rapidly decomposing harmful gas molecules in the air. This can eliminate over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes and also serve as a bactericidal and mold-proof agent.
(D) Deep Penetration Dissolution
We employ advanced fine chemical technology and ultra-fine nanometer particle modified materials, combined with plant essence functional additives (amines), to achieve deep, no死角 penetration. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medication reacts with harmful substances within the infiltration layer, altering their molecular structure for efficient dissolution and removal. This method thoroughly eliminates harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., and further enhances their rapid deodorization and odor elimination capabilities.
Deep Penetration Aggregation
Formaldehyde and TVOC stable liquids both utilize high-density aqueous sources rich in penetration factors, capable of permeating deep into the source of contamination. By adjusting with trace minerals, they act on the material structure, fully agglomerating the free and unstable contaminant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.
(4) Nanocoating Filter
This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique sieve-like nanoscale controlled-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release from the inside through the "controlled-release coating" and to be decomposed as they pass through. This measure can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the passing pollutants.
(Five) Composite photo-catalytic catalyst
This technology product primarily focuses on comprehensive purification of the entire space, eliminating various organic harmful gases suspended in the air. This product is not an ordinary photocatalyst. Standard photocatalysts require ultraviolet light for their photocatalytic activity, necessitating UV light below 380nm, resulting in low practical application efficiency and, consequently, lack long-term stable photocatalytic capability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, utilizing noble metal doping, selenium earth, and photosensitizing materials combined with nano dual photocatalysts. This effectively reduces the activation energy, shifting it from UV light to visible light. Due to the noble metal doping and selenium earth's energy storage capabilities, the load time of electrons and holes is extended, ensuring that this series of products continues to function even in low light or darkness.
This composite photocatalytic technology not only retains the fundamental functions of early photocatalytic and antibacterial properties, but also significantly enhances the activity of hydroxyl radicals, releasing a large number of negative oxygen ions, thereby increasing its efficacy several times. This effectively oxidizes various organic substances into CO2 and H2O, eliminating pollution and sterilization. These substances collide with odor molecules containing amines, sulfides, formaldehyde, benzene, and others, causing chemical shifts during collisions, prompting the odor molecules to alter their original molecular structures and lose their smell. This product can target and eliminate various pollution sources without being restricted by material or environmental conditions, particularly breaking through the directional deodorization technology for stubborn pollutants like formaldehyde. Unlike ordinary deodorizers that mask one odor with another, this product does not add any chemical fragrances. Its principle is to completely remove odor molecules, returning to nature, and comprehensively improving indoor air quality.
