Warilyer's full-process purification technology encompasses comprehensive and integrated management, as well as three-dimensional maintenance and control. In summary, it means tackling the core treatment of pollution sources internally while ensuring the long-term maintenance of the overall environment.

We acknowledge that, under the existing technological conditions globally, no technology or product can completely and permanently eliminate the pollution source, which is primarily formaldehyde in synthetic materials. With the presence of synthetic materials, pollution sources are inevitable, thus a single technology or product cannot resolve indoor air pollution issues at once. When external conditions such as temperature and humidity change, the pollution source will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution once more. At this point, the Wallyer 3D Tri-Maintenance Control technology, with its internal and external synergistic approach, combines multiple cutting-edge technologies, targeting the core source internally and providing external care and control, addressing both symptoms and root causes. This effectively resolves the current issues in indoor air pollution treatment technologies, such as treating the symptoms without addressing the root cause, substandard effectiveness, or short-lived effects, ultimately ensuring indoor environments meet healthy and livable standards.

(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation

Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decorative materials and furniture (such as cracking at joints, leather aging, furniture deformation, and wall paint peeling off, etc.). We use the method of fumigation with universal purification agents at room temperature, which can accelerate the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOCs in raw materials. The raw materials of the universal purification agent are internationally recognized as AAA-grade safe substances, capable of acting on almost all organic pollutants. It actively attacks and quickly breaks down harmful gas molecules in the air, eliminating over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes, and also serves as a bactericidal and mold-proof agent.

Deep Penetration Dissolution

We employ advanced fine chemical technology and the composite of ultra-fine nanoparticle modified materials with plant essence functional additives (amines) to achieve deep, no死角 penetration. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medicine reacts with harmful substances in the infiltration layer, altering their molecular structure. This results in efficient dissolution and removal, thoroughly eliminating harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., from their internal pollution source. Additionally, it enhances their rapid deodorization and odor elimination capabilities.

Deep Penetration Aggregation

Formaldehyde and TVOC stable liquids both utilize high-density aqueous bases, rich in penetration factors, capable of permeating into the interior of the pollution source. They adjust the material structure with trace minerals, fully aggregating the free and unstable pollutant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.

(Nanotechnology Coating Filtration)

This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique mesh-like nanocoating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release through the "slow-release coating" from the inside, and they are decomposed as they pass through the coating. This approach can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the passing pollutants.

This technological product primarily focuses on comprehensive purification of the entire space, eliminating various organic harmful gases suspended in the air. It is not an ordinary photocatalyst. Standard photocatalysts require ultraviolet light conditions to exhibit photocatalytic activity, necessitating UV light below 380nm, resulting in low practical efficiency and, thus, lack long-term stable photocatalytic capability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, utilizing noble metal doping, selenium earth, and photosensitizing materials combined with nano dual photocatalysts. This effectively reduces the activation energy, shifting it from ultraviolet light to visible light. Due to the noble metal doping and the energy storage capabilities of selenium earth, the loading time of electrons and holes is extended, ensuring that this series of products continues to function effectively even in low-light or no-light conditions.

This composite photocatalytic technology not only retains the fundamental functions of early photocatalysts, such as photocatalysis and antibacterial properties, but also significantly enhances the activity of hydroxyl radicals, releasing a large amount of negative oxygen ions, thereby multiplying its effectiveness several times. This results in the complete oxidation of various organic matter into CO2 and H2O, effectively eliminating pollution and sterilization. The product's efficacy lasts up to 30 years, with no secondary pollution, providing permanent benefits with a single use, akin to having a permanent, natural, and highly efficient, invisible air purifier in every corner of the room.

The effective molecules in this product's solution, containing conjugated double bonds and other active groups, can interact with various unpleasant odors. The natural plant extract contains highly reactive functional group compounds and terpene compounds, which can be simply aerosolized to form a gas state, distributing in the air over the polluted area. These substances collide with odor molecules containing amines, sulfides, formaldehyde, benzene, etc., and produce chemical shifts during collisions, prompting the odor molecules to alter their original molecular structure, thus losing their smell. This product can target and eliminate various sources of pollution without being restricted by material or environmental conditions, especially breaking through the定向 deodorization technology for stubborn pollutants like formaldehyde.
