We understand that under the existing technological conditions globally, there is no technology or product that can completely and permanently eliminate pollution sources, such as formaldehyde in synthetic materials, in a single instance. When external conditions like temperature and humidity change, pollution sources will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution again. In such cases, the Whole-Process Purification Technology - Valire's Three-Dimensional Maintenance and Control, combining multiple advanced technologies, addresses both the root cause internally and the external maintenance, treating both symptoms and root causes. This approach has fundamentally resolved current technical issues in indoor air pollution treatment, such as treating the symptoms without addressing the root cause, substandard effects, or short-term effectiveness, ultimately ensuring that indoor environments meet healthy and livable standards.

(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation

Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decoration materials and furniture (such as cracking at joints, leather aging, furniture deformation, and wallpaper peeling, etc.). We use the method of fumigation with universal purifying agents at room temperature, which can accelerate the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOCs in raw materials. The raw materials of the universal purifying agent product are internationally recognized as AAA-grade safe substances, almost acting on all organic pollutants, actively attacking and quickly decomposing harmful gas molecules in the air. This can eliminate over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes and also provide bactericidal and mold-proof effects.

Deep Penetration Solubilization

We utilize advanced fine chemical technology and composite ultra-micronanoparticle modified materials with plant essence functional additives (amines) to achieve deep and thorough penetration without any blind spots. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medication reacts with harmful substances in the infiltration layer, altering their molecular structure. It effectively dissolves and removes harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., from the source of internal contamination. Additionally, it enhances their rapid deodorization and elimination of odors.

Deep Penetration Aggregation

Formaldehyde and TVOC homogenizing liquids both utilize high-density aqueous bases, rich in penetration factors, which can penetrate to the interior of the pollution source. They adjust the material structure with trace minerals, fully agglomerating the free and unstable pollutant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable states, and blocking their volatilization.

(Nanocoating Filtration)

This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique sieve-like nanoscale controlled-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release through the "controlled-release coating" from the inside, while being decomposed as they pass through. This measure can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the passing pollutants.

This technological product primarily focuses on comprehensive space purification, eliminating various organic harmful gases floating in the air. It is not an ordinary photocatalyst. General photocatalysts require ultraviolet light for catalytic activity, needing UV light below 380nm, resulting in low practical efficiency and a lack of long-term stable catalytic capability. This effectively reduces the activation energy, shifting it from UV light to visible light. These substances will collide with odor molecules containing amines, sulfides, formaldehyde, and benzene, among others, causing chemical shifts in the collisions. This prompts the odor molecules to alter their original molecular structures, thereby losing their smell. This product can target and remove various pollution sources with precision, without being restricted by material or environmental conditions, especially breaking through the directional deodorization technology for stubborn pollutants like formaldehyde.
