We understand that under the existing global technological conditions, no technology or product can completely and permanently eliminate the pollution source, which is mainly formaldehyde in man-made synthetic materials, in a single attempt. As long as there are man-made synthetic materials, there will be pollution sources. Therefore, a single technology or product cannot permanently eliminate indoor air pollution. When external conditions such as temperature and humidity change, the pollution source will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution again. At this point, the all-process purification technology - Valler's three-dimensional maintenance and control, with its combination of multiple cutting-edge technologies, removes the core source internally and maintains externally, addressing both symptoms and root causes, and finally solves the current technical issues of indoor air pollution treatment, such as ineffective solutions, short duration of action, and failure to meet standards, ultimately achieving a healthy and livable indoor environment.
(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation
Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decoration materials and furniture (such as cracking at joints, leather aging, furniture deformation, and wallpaper peeling, etc.). We use the method of fumigation with a universal purifier at room temperature, which accelerates the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOC in raw materials. The raw materials of the universal purifier product are internationally recognized AAA-grade safe substances, which can almost act on all organic pollutants, actively attacking them, and quickly decompose harmful gas molecules in the air. It can eliminate over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes and also serves as an antibacterial and antifungal agent.
(D) Deep Penetration Dissolution
We employ advanced fine chemical technology, combining ultra-micronized nanoparticles with plant essence functional additives (amines), to achieve deep and thorough penetration without any死角. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medication reacts with harmful substances within the layer, altering their molecular structure for efficient dissolution and removal. It thoroughly eliminates harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., and further enhances their rapid deodorization and odor elimination capabilities.
(3) Deep Penetration Aggregation
Formaldehyde and TVOC stable liquids both use high-density water-based sources, rich in penetration factors, capable of penetrating deep into the source of pollution. By adjusting with trace minerals, they act on the material structure, fully aggregating the free and unstable pollutant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.

This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique sieve-like nano-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release from the inside through the "release coating" and be decomposed along the way. This measure can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the passing pollutants.

This technology product primarily focuses on the thorough purification of overall spaces, eliminating various organic harmful gases suspended in the air. It is not an ordinary photocatalyst. Standard photocatalysts only exhibit photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light conditions, requiring UV light below 380nm, resulting in low practical application efficiency and lacking long-term stable photocatalytic capability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, incorporating noble metal doping, selenium earth, and photosensitizing materials into nano dual photocatalysts. This effectively reduces the activation energy, transitioning it from UV light to visible light. Due to the noble metal doping and the energy storage properties of selenium earth, the loading time of electrons and holes is extended, ensuring that this series of products continues to function effectively even in low-light or dark conditions.
This composite photocatalytic technology not only retains the foundational functions of early photocatalytic and antibacterial properties, but also significantly boosts the activity of hydroxyl radicals, releasing a large amount of negative oxygen ions, enhancing its effectiveness several times over. This effectively oxidizes various organic substances into CO2 and H2O, thereby eliminating pollution and sterilization. (6) Powerful Odor Elimination
The active molecules in this product's solution, containing conjugated double bonds and other active groups, can interact with various odors. The natural plant extract contains highly reactive functional group compounds and terpene compounds, which can be simply atomized into a gaseous state and dispersed in the air of the polluted area. These substances collide with odor molecules containing amines, sulfides, formaldehyde, benzene, and others, causing chemical shifts during the collision, prompting the odor molecules to change their original molecular structure and lose their smell. This product can target and remove various pollution sources,不受material and environmental conditions limitations, particularly breaking through the directional deodorization technology for stubborn pollutants like formaldehyde. Unlike ordinary deodorizers that mask one odor with another, this product does not add any chemical fragrances.
