We know that under the existing technological conditions globally, there is no technology or product that can completely and permanently eliminate the pollution source, which is primarily formaldehyde in artificial synthetic materials. As long as there are artificial synthetic materials, there will be pollution sources, and thus a single technology or product cannot completely and permanently remove indoor air pollution. When external conditions like temperature and humidity change, the pollution sources will still release varying amounts of harmful substances, causing indoor air pollution again. In this case, the full-process purification technology - Waller's three-dimensional maintenance and control, with a combination of multiple cutting-edge technologies, eliminates the core source internally and controls externally, treating both symptoms and root causes. It has thoroughly addressed the current technical issues such as the lack of root treatment, substandard effects, or short-term action in indoor air pollution control, ultimately ensuring the indoor environment meets healthy and livable standards.

(1) Room Temperature Drug Fumigation

Traditional high-temperature steam cleaning can cause certain damage to decorative materials and furniture (such as cracking at joints, leather aging, furniture deformation, and wall paint peeling off), so we use the method of fumigation with universal purifying agents at room temperature. This can accelerate the volatilization of 50% of benzene compounds, 35% of formaldehyde, and TVOCs in raw materials. The raw materials of the universal purifying agent are internationally recognized AAA-grade safe substances, which can almost act on all organic pollutants, actively attacking and quickly decomposing harmful gas molecules in the air. It can eliminate over 95% of harmful pollutants within 30 minutes and also serves as a bactericidal and mold-proof agent.

Deep Penetration Dissolution

We utilize advanced fine chemical technology and composite ultra-micron纳米particle modified materials with plant essence functional additives (amines) to achieve deep, no死角 penetration. This forms an infiltration layer within the material, where the medicine reacts with harmful substances in the infiltration layer, altering their molecular structure and effectively dissolving and removing them. This method thoroughly clears harmful substances from various materials, furniture, fiber products, etc., and further enhances their rapid deodorization and odor elimination properties.

Deep Penetration Aggregation

Formaldehyde and TVOC stabilizing liquids both utilize high-density aqueous sources, rich in penetration factors, which can penetrate to the interior of the pollution source. By adjusting with trace minerals, they act on the material structure, fully agglomerating the free and unstable pollutant molecules within, transforming them from unstable to stable, and blocking their volatilization.

(Nanocoating Filter)

This technology is a necessary supplement to the aforementioned two measures. It forms a unique sieve-like nanoscale controlled-release coating on the surface of the pollution source, forcing harmful gases to slowly release through the "controlled-release coating" from the inside, and they are decomposed as they pass through. This measure can effectively reduce the amount of residual harmful gases released and decompose and remove most of the passing pollutants.

This technology product primarily focuses on the thorough purification of overall spaces, eliminating various organic harmful gases floating in the air. This product is not a standard photocatalyst. General photocatalysts only exhibit photocatalytic activity under ultraviolet light conditions, requiring UV light below 380nm for activation, resulting in low practical efficiency and a lack of long-term stable photocatalytic capability. Our unit has introduced Japanese technology, incorporating noble metal doping, selenium earth, and photosensitizing materials into a combination with nano dual photocatalysts, effectively shortening the activation energy. This means transitioning the activation energy from ultraviolet light to visible light. Due to the noble metal doping and the energy storage capabilities of selenium earth, the load time of electrons and holes is extended, ensuring that this series of products continues to function effectively even in dim light or darkness.

This composite photocatalytic technology not only retains the fundamental functions of early photocatalytic and antibacterial properties, but also significantly enhances the activity of hydroxyl radicals, releasing a large number of negative oxygen ions, thereby increasing its efficacy several times.
