Raw water passes through a multi-media filter and an activated carbon filter, where it is retained, adsorbed, and treated for discoloration and odor; then it enters a scale inhibitor addition unit to remove calcium and magnesium ions, preventing scaling and blocking of the RO membrane at room temperature; it then proceeds to a 5-micron precision filter before entering the reverse osmosis system, where desalination takes place and the water is transferred to an intermediate pure water tank.EDIThe exchange system undergoes further desalination purification.,The finished PE water tanks are then entered, with the water flowing to each water usage point.
System Composition
This system consists of the "Pre-treatment System," "Reverse Osmosis System," "EDI Continuous Electrical Desalination System," and "Storage System."
Pre-treatment System: multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, and scale inhibitor addition units.
Reverse Osmosis System:精密filters, high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis units, electrical control
EDI System: Pressure Pumps, Precision Filters, EDI Continuous Demineralization Modules, DC Power Supply
Storage System: Intermediate Water Tank; Reverse Osmosis Water Tank, Finished Product Tank

The complete set of equipment features integrated automatic control with high automation levels, enabling real-time detection of water level, water shortage, low pressure, water quality, and alerts for fault locations.
One of the key systems in a pure water system is the pretreatment system, whose design significantly impacts and determines the lifespan of the RO system. The primary function of the pretreatment system in this system is to remove suspended solids, solid particles, colloids, and reduce water hardness, meeting the feedwater requirements for the reverse osmosis system, ensuring its long-term operation.
