The liquid filling machine process typically involves: boxes filled with empty bottles are stacked on trays and conveyed to an unloading tray machine, where trays are unloaded one by one. The boxes are then conveyed to an unboxing machine to remove the empty bottles. The empty boxes are cleaned on a conveyor belt and conveyed to a boxing machine for refilling. The empty bottles taken from the unboxing machine are conveyed on another belt to a washing machine for disinfection and cleaning. After passing through a bottle inspection machine and meeting cleanliness standards, they are sent to the filling and capping machine. Beverages are filled into bottles by the filling machine. The filled bottles are capped by the capping machine, conveyed to a labeling machine for labeling, and then sent to a boxing machine to be placed into boxes before being conveyed to a stacking tray machine to be stacked on trays and sent to the warehouse.
