█ Features of Explosion-proof Pressure Cabinet with Piano Bench Design
The product features a shell made of steel plate welding or stainless steel welding, with a high-speed polished surface followed by powder electrostatic spraying, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

5. The left and right cabinets feature a ventilation-type air intake, providing continuous, uninterrupted air supply. The working heat of the components inside the positive-pressure chamber can be carried away through the air circuit, offering excellent heat dissipation.
6. This product is designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with GB3836.1-2000, GB3836.5-2004, and relevant standards.
Under the control of the automatic control system, the pressure cabinet introduces a protective gas. The pressure inside the positive pressure chamber is higher than that outside, creating a safe, positive-pressure environment. This prevents flammable hazardous gases from entering the positive pressure chamber, ensuring the safe operation of ordinary instruments and electrical components inside.
The automatic control system primarily handles functions such as air exchange, topping up, high-voltage automatic alarms, exhaust, pressure alarms, and low-pressure interlock shutdown. This positive pressure cabinet's low-pressure interlock feature, which automatically cuts off the user's power supply to the positive pressure chamber when the pressure drops below the specified value (50Pa), further enhances the product's safety and practicality.
7. Additionally, protective doors can be installed upon customer request, allowing for the display or action of the internal control section.
All fasteners are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel.
