Explosion-proof Single-Door Refrigerator, Explosion-proof Single-Door Refrigerator Price, Explosion-proof Single-Door Refrigerator Manufacturer - Henan Tongteng Explosion-proof Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. The explosion-proof single-door refrigerator from Henan Tongteng is widely used in hazardous areas within Zones 1 (or 2) of explosive gas mixtures classified as II C, Group T4, in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, aerospace, laboratories, and storage facilities. The BL series industrial-grade integrated explosion-proof refrigerator is an II C grade explosion-proof refrigeration system manufactured in accordance with industrial environmental usage requirements, utilizing integrated explosion-proof technology.
Explosion-proof refrigerator structural type
The explosion-proof single-door refrigerator has only one door and no separate freezing compartment. The freezing compartment is directly formed by the evaporator, featuring a box-like structure with a small door installed at the top of the inner chamber. The internal temperature typically ranges from -12 to -6°C, suitable for ice-making and freezing chemicals. Below the evaporator is the cooling compartment, without any insulation in between. The cooling compartment is cooled by natural air convection, with temperatures generally controlled between 0 to 10°C. It includes a temperature sensor, shelves, and the temperature controller is installed in the external explosion-proof chamber.
Explosion-proof refrigerator compliance standard
The explosion-proof refrigerator unit employs ultra-low voltage technology to isolate inherently safe circuits, and is manufactured through special processes and explosion-proof treatment. The design and manufacturing of the product strictly adhere to relevant standards.
