Pressure Sealing and Continuous Flow Blocking: This technique employs pressure to seal the original pipeline and, through bypass lines, allows for the installation and replacement of pipeline components without interruption. The process involves: welding tees at the locations requiring pipeline sealing, creating holes in the pipeline using a piercing machine, connecting sealers and other sealing devices to the pipeline and initiating the sealing operation, connecting the bypass pipeline to the original pipeline, unsealing the pipeline and backfilling pipe blocks after connection, applying anti-corrosion treatment to the tees, and rerouting the operating medium temporarily through the bypass line via double-sealing and flow diversion. Once the severely corroded original pipeline is replaced with a new anti-corrosion pipeline, the operating medium is then rerouted to the new pipeline. The pressure sealing and continuous flow blocking technology enables the entire construction process to be carried out under conditions of continuous flow and pipeline operation.
The non-stop pressure-sealing technology for pipeline displacement not only allows for the relocation, replacement, installation, and even the addition of branch pipelines under the conditions and states of uninterrupted transportation of pipeline media, but also enables safe and rapid repair in the event of a pipeline leak, ensuring timely resumption of normal pipeline operations. This technology features no cooling, no pressure reduction, and no production downtime, thus guaranteeing the smooth operation of process industrial transportation and production, making it highly beneficial and valuable in practice. While the construction process of this non-stop pressure-sealing technology can be complex for longer pipelines, it can achieve the timeliness and cost-effectiveness requirements of pipeline modification safely and efficiently, as long as the plan is reasonable, operations are conducted according to regulations, and strict control is maintained, while also significantly mitigating risks.
