The Absorber Tower is one of the most critical components in desulfurization projects, and the Absorber Tower mixer is the most crucial part within it. The corresponding mixer is the side-entry mixer. Due to the complex internal structure of the tower, which is not suitable for top-entry mixers, only side-entry mixers can be used. The side-entry mixer needs to mix and suspend the solid-liquid inside the tower, and since the tower has a large diameter, attention must be paid when selecting the Absorber Tower mixer. First, the power, speed, impeller rotation diameter, mechanical seals, and other aspects of the Absorber Tower mixer should be chosen optimally. Only a well-matched mixer can fully mix the materials inside the tower. Second, material requirements are crucial. As the flue gas inside the tower reacts with limestone to produce chloride ions, which are corrosive, and considering the mixing of particles with liquids, the material's wear resistance must also be considered. The mainstream material is 2205, and for better performance, 2507 or 1.4529 can be used. It is very important to pay close attention to material selection.
