In the modern industrial sector, the storage and management of metal sheets have always been a complex and challenging issue. Especially when it comes to various types such as steel plates, copper sheets, aluminum sheets, alloy sheets, iron sheets, and metal thin sheets, the variety of specifications and limited quantities per type present significant challenges for categorization and storage. Traditional stacking methods not only occupy a large amount of space but also make it difficult to retrieve sheets from the bottom, and repeated shifting can lead to surface scratches on the sheets, increasing损耗 and costs.
To address these challenges, we recommend using drawer-style sheet material shelves. This innovative design utilizes multi-layer drawer structures for vertical storage, effectively utilizing upper space and enhancing storage density and efficiency. Additionally, sheets of the same specification can be stored in a single drawer, preventing confusion and incorrect placement.
The drawer-style sheet material shelves are also easy to operate. When it's time to remove the sheets, simply pull or slide out the corresponding drawer, then lift the sheets to the designated location or laser cutting machine using a crane magnet or other hoisting equipment. The remaining sheets can be stored back on the shelf for future use, making them readily accessible. This design not only reduces the number of times sheets need to be moved and the risk of damage, but also enhances work efficiency and the utilization of the sheet material.
