The foot bolt holes of the front and rear columns are placed on the foot bolts on the already constructed concrete foundation; check if the front and rear columns are correctly positioned; adjust the centerlines of the length direction of the front and rear columns to align with the column centerline of the concrete foundation, using a level or a level tube to measure and adjust the horizontal alignment of the front and rear columns, and using a plumb bob to adjust the verticality of the columns. If there is a deviation in the elevation of the pile foundation surface, level the front and rear columns with shims and then securely tighten the foot bolts. The shims must be welded to the foot base of the front and rear columns. Check the flatness of the bracket base and diagonal errors. Adjust the front and rear beams to ensure the errors are within the specified range, and then tighten the bolts with a wrench.
Beam Installation:
The beam position is determined by the end length according to the design specifications, with the beam bolts securely fastened to ensure a level and vertical alignment, and reliable connections. To ensure the squareness of the battery panels fixed on the beam, the beam should be squared in advance, with diagonal measurements and adjustments made to ensure diagonal deviations are within the allowable limits.
After installing the pillar diagonal tie rod, tighten the bolt to ensure that all components of the entire bracket are uniformly stressed.
