Dry Spray Painting Booth

Working Principle:

During painting, fresh outdoor air is filtered through primary cotton at the intake, then delivered to the room's ceiling static pressure chamber by the fan. The air enters the chamber, uniformly fills the painting room through the top cotton filter, and forms a wind curtain around the workpiece. At this point, the indoor air velocity reaches over 0.35 m/s, preventing paint mist from lingering in the operator's breathing zone and allowing it to quickly descend. The air stream is then directed through the exhaust fan and filtered system to the exhaust duct, where it is processed by environmental protection equipment before clean air is discharged.
