The sandwich panel of the spray room, made from anti-static imported engineering plastic, ensures a high powder yield, minimal powder retention, and quick cleaning speed.

A single-stage separator achieves a separation efficiency of up to 99.9%.

The spray booth bottom is equipped with an automatic flip gate or an automatic cleaning air knife, resulting in almost no powder residue at the bottom of the spray booth.

The powder center can achieve full automatic circulation of the powder. During cleaning of the powder room, the powder center will automatically clean the powder suction tube and the powder pump tube.
