The Mobile Sand Screening Machine is suitable for sand screening and separation of sand and stone in various engineering and construction industries, serving as a valuable assistant in the construction sector. A sand screening machine is a sand and gravel separation equipment that separates coarse and fine materials. It features a horizontal roller screening drum, ensuring that the material can continuously roll through the spiral blades in multiple circles within the drum for more than five rotations. This allows the sand material to be repeatedly tumbled and slid, achieving abundant dispersion and separation. Unlike the inclined roller screening that causes the large and small materials to push and press against each other, leading to a hurried screening process; and unlike the inclined vibration screen that results in the large and small materials vibrating and mixing.
Operating Principle
The mobile sand separator is composed of a raw material storage hopper, a feeding belt conveyor, a horizontal sieve mesh, a finished sand discharge belt, and a waste stone discharge trough. Once powered on, the loader fills the large capacity storage hopper with materials. The raw materials are then fed into the horizontal sieve drum via the feeding belt. The rotating drum drives the materials to be pushed and tumbled within the drum's blades, creating an artificial sand screening effect as the materials roll over the sieve mesh. The sifted finished sand falls into a collection hopper and is conveyed together onto a finished sand belt, where it is elevated and falls as a finished material pile, or it can be directly dropped into the storage hopper. The entire process is continuous and clearly separates the material grades with accuracy.
Functional Advantages
1. The sieve holes are not prone to clogging.
2. The equipment operates smoothly with low noise.
3. Simple structure, easy to maintain.
4. High overall reliability with lower upfront investment.
5. Choose special-purpose screens for high sifting efficiency and extended usage time.
