The stainless steel welding tube and pipe department features two welding lines for the production of welded tubes and pipes. Stainless steel welding tubes/pipes are manufactured using the Multitorch TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding process on continuous tube mills. After thorough quality inspections, stainless steel strips with trimmed edges are fed into the tube mill. The strips pass through various rollers installed in the mill according to the required dimensions, gradually transforming into flat sheets. The edges are TIG-welded, with welding units mounted on the mill, and internal welds are immediately removed through an online bidding machine.
The rolled pipes/tubes are cut to the required length. After appropriate cleaning, they undergo further heat treatment (annealing) to remove the stresses inherent in forming and welding, and to restore the original grain structure.

Heat treatment is conducted on a continuous roller hearth furnace equipped with a temperature controller and recorder. Following heat treatment, the tubes are straightened and subjected to acid cleaning to remove scale from the surface.
If the desired dimensions cannot be produced directly from the rolling mill, the same size is achieved through cold drawing operations. To make the tube/tube suitable for cold drawing, it is coated with oxalate and workshop solutions, which act as lubricants, reducing friction during the drawing process. During the stretching operation, precision tools are used to pull the tube/tube over the stretching bench, where mandrels are fitted according to the finished product dimensions. After surface cleaning, the drawn tube/tube undergoes the aforementioned heat treatment, acid pickling, and other procedures.

Our finished pipes/tubes are marked with a computerized inkjet marking machine. Each pipe/tube is labeled with "Manufacturing Standards." Material grade, size, heat number, and the seal of the third-party inspection agency are associated with our test certificates.
The finished pipes/tubes produced this way undergo various tests and quality inspections, followed by appropriate packaging and dispatch.
