After the columns and beams are installed but the formwork steel plates for pouring the floor slabs have not been set up, it is necessary to lay an appropriate number of walkways on the steel beams for the convenience of construction, such as bolting columns. Platforms should be set up on the newly installed steel beams to store equipment like welders, air compressors, and acetylene cylinders, ensuring distances comply with safety regulations. To facilitate climbing for construction, the climbing steel ladder must be securely fastened to the steel columns before hoisting. For the tightening of high-strength bolts and welding at the column-beam joints, scaffolding hoists should be installed below the joints. All electrical machinery and equipment used in construction must be grounded, and the use of glass, damaged wires, and cables is prohibited to prevent equipment leakage. The cables for electrical appliances and machinery in construction must be grouped together and raised section by section with the construction of each floor. Each floor must have a separate distribution box to meet the electrical needs of the construction on that floor. High-altitude construction must cease when wind speeds reach 15 m/s. Fire safety should also be considered during construction, with necessary fire-fighting equipment and fire safety supervisors provided.
