Cautionary Notes:

Crack-resistant fibers are added to the concrete mixer without any special requirements for the mixing equipment. Simply follow the mixing ratio specified in the design drawings, pour the crack-resistant fibers into the mixer, and slightly extend the mixing time to ensure the fibers are evenly distributed throughout the mortar and cement concrete.

Crack-resistant fibers cannot replace structural reinforcement materials, nor can they reduce the main dimensions. They are not sufficient to address settlement on their own. In scenarios involving large-volume concrete, thermal effects, and strong external forces, construction quality standards should not be compromised due to the use of fibers. Construction and maintenance should be carried out in accordance with national technical specifications.

Peer Fiber's dosage in concrete is 0.9-1.8 Kg per cubic meter.

Companion Fiber: 1kg per ton of dry powder mortar.

Dosage Range: 0.6-1.8 kg/m³

Concrete crack resistance and impermeability is typically 0.9 kg/m³.
