Among these, 12 are national key projects and 5 involve the import of foreign equipment. The engineering company executes international and domestic standards and technical specifications in construction services. Through long-term practice, it has mastered the basic principles of heat treatment engineering, developed mature construction techniques, and possesses comprehensive heat treatment equipment and complete testing methods. The company boasts 6 senior and intermediate-level technicians in engineering electricity, computers, thermal processing, and welding. During construction, we utilize superior far-infrared electric heaters from both domestic and international sources, as well as high-power imported burners of FD68AA-LM model from the U.S. JOHNSON Company, EK-9.1000L model from the German OCO Company, and TS model from the Italian BAX Company. These are used as heating sources, complemented by computerized temperature control equipment for precise temperature regulation. This system achieves automatic power adjustment, multi-point feedback group control, and tracking display of new processes, ensuring high temperature control accuracy and uniform heating temperature. The construction quality is stable and reliable. We offer pre-weld heating, intermediate hydrogen removal, and post-weld stress relief services for industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, machinery, electricity, shipping, and nuclear industry. Additionally, we provide on-site heat treatment construction services, heat treatment process evaluations, and technical justifications for construction plans, among other technical consulting services.
