Adjustable in height, the heavy-duty racking is equipped with various forklift and stacker models, allowing for quick storage and retrieval of various pallets. The large unit storage cells can hold up to 2000KG, making it a commonly used storage method across industries. Each pallet can be individually stored or moved without the need to shift others. It is adaptable to various types of racking. The heavy-duty storage racking can adjust the height of the beams according to the size requirements of the goods. With high throughput and rapid loading and unloading, the accompanying equipment is simple and the cost is low, enabling quick installation and disassembly.

1. Heavy-duty shelving usage: Avoid top-heavy, follow the principle of placing lighter goods on higher levels and heavier goods on lower levels.
Do not exceed the maximum load capacity when using heavy-duty racks: The weight of items stored on each level must not exceed the shelf's designed maximum load.
Ensure heavy-duty shelving is used without exceeding height and width limits: shelf height and width are restricted; the dimensions of the pallets and goods should be slightly less than the net space by 100mm.
4. Prevent collisions when using heavy-duty racking: Forklifts should be handled with care, lifting and lowering gently during operation.
When using heavy-duty shelving and there are goods placed on the shelves, operators should avoid entering the bottom of the shelving directly.
6. Prevent the use of non-standard platform decks (pallets) on heavy-duty racks; the I-shaped base is more suitable.
When using heavy-duty racking, a special attention must be paid when the height of the goods exceeds eight meters, as it requires corresponding loading and unloading machinery.
Due to the large total channel area required, the storage density is lower compared to other systems.
