In the storage racking industry, there's a type of racking referred to as high-level racking. High-level racking products refer to racks taller than 5 meters, suitable for various general supermarkets, warehouse-style supermarkets, convenience stores, and all types of shopping malls, as well as large-scale warehouse racking.
High-position storage racks include beam-style pallet racks, through-aisle racks, push-back racks, double-depth racks, narrow-aisle racks, and automated vertical warehouses, among others. They are a type of rack commonly used in warehouses due to their excellent picking efficiency, enabling quick storage and retrieval of goods.
What are the precautions for installing high-level storage racking?

1. Prior to the installation of high-level storage racking, familiarize yourself with the drawings; for立体库, special or complex installations, a construction plan should be prepared. Understand the transportation routes and power supply conditions at the installation site.
Before the installation and construction of the three-dimensional storage racking, the on-site roof and internal painting projects are basically completed. The foundational ground and drainage channels should be finished, with the concrete strength not less than 75% of the designed strength. All debris and garbage in the installation site and its vicinity should be cleaned up.
3. When installing storage racking for a立体库, consent from the owner is required if the building structure needs to be used as a hanging bearing point.
4. High-level storage racking items should be inspected and stored against the "Shipment List" and "Standard Packing List." Records should be made, and any issues such as unpacked items, missing parts, or severe damage should be reported immediately. For unpacked, damaged, or severely worn components, take on-site photos and promptly send the image materials back. When unpacking, inspect the components against the part drawings to verify specifications and tolerances; report any discrepancies immediately.
