Heavy-duty overhead beam rackingIt is one of the widely used shelf types currently, offering strong versatility to accommodate various types of goods, and the beam height can be adjusted according to the size requirements of the goods.Heavy-duty beam shelves are assembled from columns, beams, cross bracing, diagonal bracing, and self-locking bolts. The connection between beams and columns commonly employs a mechanical locking buckle structure, allowing for easy disassembly and assembly. The beams are made of customized cold-rolled P-shaped closed-section beams; this structure boasts simplicity, reliability, light weight, high load-bearing capacity, and low cost. When the column brackets connect to the columns, they are equipped with specially designed safety pins, ensuring that the beams will not fall off under external impact. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel decking (wooden decking), metal wire mesh layers, storage bin guide tracks, and oil drum racks can be added according to the characteristics of the storage unit packaging equipment. Based on the actual usage of the customer: pallet load requirements, pallet dimensions, actual warehouse space, and forklift actual lift height, different specifications of beam heavy-duty shelves are provided for customer selection.
　   Heavy-duty overhead racking is generally made of cold-rolled special-shaped steel, with columns formed from 80(90)x60(70)Ω steel with diamond-shaped holes punched on the surface, and beams made from 80x50-100x50-120x50-140x50-16050 weld beam-connected brackets, commonly replaced by pallets for forklift convenience. Designed to carry 1 to 5 tons, the surface is electrostatically powder-coated for enhanced waterproof, rustproof, and corrosion resistance. High safety factor, plug-in assembly, no need for screws or welding, easy to assemble, maximizing space utilization, and providing storage capacity.

1. Heavy-duty cantilever racking features a simple and reliable structure, allowing for flexible adjustment and combination. Installation and disassembly are easy and convenient.
2. The pillars are formed by bending hot-rolled plates into multiple angles, featuring large inertia moment, strong layer loading capacity, and excellent impact resistance. Under relative design, the layer loading of each layer can reach up to 5000kg per layer.
3. Beam-type heavy-duty racking belongs to the pallet racking category. The versatility of pallet racking is extremely high; it can be used to construct mold racking, mezzanine racking, and automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) racking, among others. It can also be customized into specialized oil drum racking.
4. Optional enhancements include adding column guards and collision bars to prevent forklift collisions; for added safety during layered loading, additional accessories such as cross beam supports, deck boards, and cross-bridge mesh can be installed on the beams.
