Food理化检测 initially involves sample pretreatment, which separates the analytes from complex samples into a form suitable for measurement as a solution; removes matrix substances that interfere with the analytical determination; and, if the analyte concentration is low, requires concentration and enrichment. If the analyte is difficult to detect using the selected analytical method, it may need to be derivatized to quantitatively convert it into another easily detectable compound. Below are some points for detection personnel to pay attention to during the sample pretreatment process, for your reference:

1. Sample Receipt: Upon arrival at the lab, samples must be promptly received to prevent delays in urgent sample processing that may not meet customer requirements. Time is money at this moment.

2. Sample Number: After receiving a sample, it is necessary to assign a unique identification number to it, allowing for easy identification among the numerous samples received daily.

3. Sample Arrangement: After receiving the samples, they should be arranged in an orderly manner according to the laboratory's sample placement rules, facilitating the detection team in promptly locating the required samples.

4. Daily Summary of Testing Projects: Upon arrival at the lab, the first task is to compile the quantity and types of samples that need to be prepared and tested today, and determine the order of testing based on customer requirements.

5. Sample Preparation: Select appropriate equipment for sample preparation to avoid cross-contamination and contamination during the process.

6. Weighing: Prepare the relevant original detection records before weighing, and ensure the samples and corresponding weighing containers are ready. Wear gloves before proceeding with the weighing.

7. Tianping: Preheat and calibrate the balance before weighing, ensuring the temperature and humidity in the weighing room meet the requirements of the program documents.

8. Fume Hoods: Operations with toxic, harmful, irritant, volatile, and corrosive chemical reagents must be conducted within a fume hood, and laboratory personnel are required to wear masks and face shields.

9. Eye Wash Station: In case of an accident during experiments, where the solution splashes into the eyes, follow the first aid procedures immediately and promptly activate the eye wash station for rinsing.

10. Hazardous Waste Liquid: Must be disposed of in accordance with national regulations and standards; do not pour it into laboratory sinks or drainage systems at will.

11. Centrifuge: Regardless of the rotational speed, all centrifuges must be balanced before operation to prevent hazards and ensure the longevity of the instrument.

12. Swirl: Do not let any liquid沾 onto the lid during the swirling process to avoid affecting the test results.

13. Vibration: Always secure the lid to prevent any liquid from spilling and affecting the results. For items that require light protection, wrap them well in a black bag.

14. Dissolution: The dissolution process must be strictly controlled for temperature, dissolution time, and the removal of alcohol to avoid the risk of explosion.

15. Extraction: Choose the appropriate extraction method to enhance the effective testing components of the sample.

16. Sample Transfer: It is recommended to transfer samples within a fume hood to prevent the harmful components of reagents from spreading into the air, which could affect everyone's health.

The sample pre-treatment room environment must meet the requirements for temperature and humidity.
