The PLC multi-point synchronous lifting hydraulic system is divided into five parts: hydraulic pump station, PLC computer control system, hydraulic system, displacement and pressure detection, and human-machine interface operating system. This system integrates the hydraulic lifting system, computer PLC signal processing, displacement monitoring, bridge structural analysis, and construction techniques, and carries out comprehensive technical development on the integrated system. The core lies in designing the computer PLC signal processing and hydraulic system based on the summary of bridge structural analysis and construction techniques, inputting displacement signals from external monitoring facilities, outputting hydraulic system oil quantity control signals, and using multiple jack sets to achieve balanced, safe, and efficient bridge lifting. The lifting and lowering precision error does not exceed ±0.5mm, and the lifting load ranges from 50 tons to 1000 tons, with a lifting height from 10mm to 500mm.

PLC Synchronization Lifting System Features: High-speed zeroing, low-speed lifting, lifting speed can be freely controlled; External (or internal) hydraulic jack with displacement and pressure sensors, load-sharing valves, ensuring high reliability of the lifting system in harsh working conditions; Overload protection function of the load-sharing valve, avoiding common cylinder expansion accidents during multi-cylinder lifting; Advanced oil supply speed regulation and heavy-load pioneer hydraulic circuit, achieving high-precision synchronization during lifting, and ensuring high-precision synchronization during loaded descent; Easy and intuitive operation, allowing adjustment of work posture such as side rolling and pitching; Can be connected to a color touch screen for real-time online display of lifting displacement and load, or connected to a PLC for real-time recording of the entire construction process; Can be expanded to multi-point synchronization of 32 points or more, in multi-point synchronization operation, in addition to maintaining multi-point position synchronization, it can also adjust the load distribution at each support according to user requirements.
