Lightweight aggregate concrete construction technology

The application method for the dry-mixed composite lightweight aggregate concrete cushion layer during construction is relatively simple:

Firstly, for the preliminary treatment: Process the subfloor of the floor before laying the composite lightweight aggregate mat, ensuring that all impurities on the bonding subfloor are thoroughly cleaned.

Next, locate the control line for the elevated elastic level, typically measured downward from the +50cm horizontal elevation line on the wall to determine the sublayer elevation. If possible, mark this line on the walls around the perimeter.

Next is mixing: First, add an appropriate amount of water to the blender, then add one bag of pre-mixed base material powder, mix until smooth, and then add composite lightweight aggregates, continue mixing to form a uniform mixture.

Next, spread the mixed composite lightweight aggregate sublayer using a shovel, laying it on the base layer. Level it with the finished leveling blocks, making it 3mm higher than the leveling pile, and then compact it with a flat vibratory tamping machine. If the thickness is thin, you can compact it with a shovel and a special wooden tamping block as you lay it, and immediately level it with a large ruler. Smooth it out with a wooden trowel or roll it flat with an iron roller. Complete all operations within 3 hours.
