Shaanxi Jian Sheng Environmental Testing Co., Ltd. is an independent third-party testing, consulting, and research and development institution jointly approved and established by the Shaanxi Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, the Shaanxi Provincial Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, the Shaanxi Provincial Commission of Urban and Rural Construction, and the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology.

The company, in partnership with Xi'an Jiaotong University, has jointly established a comprehensive acoustic laboratory in the northwest region, which spans 1,800 square meters and features multi-functional, high-tech, and internationally standard facilities; a chemical laboratory of 700 square meters; and a mechanics laboratory of 200 square meters. We also offer professional project consultation, design, and a product research and development center.

The acoustic laboratory features professional reverberation chambers, semi-anechoic chambers, lateral suppression laboratories, wind tunnel muffler testing systems, and other specialized acoustic testing systems. It also incorporates the Danish BK Company's PULSE7767 data management system and 7702 order analysis software, along with the BK2270 full system and BK-DIRAC hall measurement software. Additionally, the portable measurement and analysis system SA-AI from Japan's Rika Nami, and its accompanying software; the CADNA-A building sound insulation simulation software from the United States; the INSUL building sound insulation performance prediction software; and the EASE building acoustics simulation software from Germany, among other acoustic testing and analysis systems and software.

Acoustic performance testing is our company's primary professional testing service, boasting a specialized team for material acoustic performance testing. Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment and maintains a stringent, comprehensive quality system. As a third-party testing laboratory, we are capable of conducting acoustic performance testing services both in the lab and on-site, in accordance with technical requirements of relevant domestic and international standards.
