The QDLF Vertical Multi-Stage Stainless Steel Pump is structurally designed in a vertical, segmented form, with the pump's suction and discharge ports arranged in a straight line at the bottom, utilizing an optimal hydraulic model. The axial force of the pump is resolved by a hydraulic balancing method, with any residual axial force absorbed by a ball bearing, ensuring smooth operation, low noise, small footprint, and ease of installation. The outer casing of the pump is made of stainless steel, featuring an attractive appearance, making it particularly suitable for parallel use of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings to reduce the power requirement of individual pump units and simplify the electrical control equipment. It is applicable for fire protection, domestic water supply, and air conditioning system circulation, as well as cooling water transport in both high-rise and low-rise buildings.

Maintenance of the QDLF Vertical Multi-Stage Stainless Steel Pump:

Prior to the start-up of the multi-stage centrifugal pump, ensure that the pump is not powered on and that it cannot suddenly start up.

2. The bearings and shaft seals of the light centrifugal pump are maintenance-free. In case the pump is to be drained after a long period of non-use, remove one of the coupling guard plates and apply a few drops of silicone oil onto the shaft between the pump head and the coupling. This will prevent the shaft seal surface from sticking together.

When installing the coupling guard plate, ensure they are vertically centered in the pump head's凹口.

4. Motors without grease nozzles do not require maintenance. Motors with grease nozzles should be lubricated with high-temperature lithium-based grease.

5. For pumps that are not used for a long time, it is recommended to clean and lubricate the pump and motor once they are put into storage.

6. During freezing periods, pumps should be drained to prevent damage and cracking. Unscrew the vent screw on the pump head and remove the drain plug from the base to allow the pump to drain. After the water is completely drained, the disassembled parts should be reassembled or properly stored.
