Manufacturing Process and Installation Guide for Stainless Steel Water Tanks

The manufacturing process of stainless steel water tanks:

Installation Instructions for Stainless Steel Water Tanks

a. Tank foundation requirements

The geometric dimensions of the concrete foundation should be established in accordance with the provisions of GB02S101. The difference in elevation of the concrete foundation plane should be less than 5mm.

b. Installation, construction, and acceptance of stainless steel water tanks

Welders are performing argon arc welding on-site. The construction site has standard power supply. There is ≥500mm of maintenance space around the water tank. The exterior inspection shows no rust or contamination: the tank is deemed合格 after being filled with water for 2-3 hours, showing no significant deformation and no leakage at the welds.

c. Tank Usage, Maintenance, and Care

Do not apply excessive load to the inlets and outlets during piping. Avoid directly transferring the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes onto the water outlets of the water tank; install pipe supports if necessary. For expansion, contraction, and vibration of welded pipes, flexible expansion joints must be fitted.

The stamping stainless steel plate welded water tank is made by stamping reinforcing ribs from stainless steel plates and then fully welded with stainless steel welding rods. It features a simple structure, high strength, and is capable of manufacturing water tanks with large capacities. Since the tank body is fully welded with stainless steel plates, it blocks sunlight exposure, preventing the growth of algae. This ensures the water quality remains clean.
