Polyethylene Lifebuoy

1. Raw material inside the polyethylene lifebuoy:
The materials for the overall lifebuoy: the shell is made of polyethylene material, and the inner filling of the lifebuoy should be closed-cell foam material.
2. Appearance Material:
The lifebuoy should be made of orange-red nylon fabric with no color variation.
The lifebuoy surface should be smooth with no dents or cracks.
At four equally spaced locations around the circumference of the lifebuoy, a 50mm wide reflective tape should be wrapped in reverse orientation.
3. Lifebuoy size:
The circumference of the lifebuoy should be ≤800mm, and the inner diameter should be >400mm.
The lifebuoy should be equipped with a floating handle rope with a diameter not less than 9.5mm and a length not less than four times the outer diameter of the lifebuoy. This rope should be securely fastened at four equally spaced positions around the circumference of the buoy, forming four equal-length loops.
4. Product Weight:
The lifebuoy must weigh over 2.5 kilograms.
