Piling Machine Operation Instructions

1. Vertically insert piles (wooden piles and steel rods) into the ground where piling is required.

2. Use 1-2 people to lift and place the pneumatic pile driver on top of the pile. Tighten the three fixed screws of the lower pile clamp, and adjust the pile size with the adjustment bolts.

3. Connect the rubber hose to the pile driver and the air source.

4. Vertically support the pile driver, flip the switch to the ON position, and the pneumatic pile driver will begin continuous operation.

5. Once the pile reaches the required depth, turn the switch to the off position, and the pile driving operation is complete.

The flood control and emergency rescue pile driver consists of three parts: a power source, an exciter, and a transmission flexible shaft connecting the power source and the exciter.
