Clothing structural features:
(1) The style is a separates jacket-style forest fire fighting suit, consisting of a jacket and pants.
(2) The collar features a dual-stand design with a stand-up and a flip-up collar, adaptable to various environments. The shoulders are lined with silk cotton to enhance comfort for the wearer. The shirt is equipped with 8 pocket designs, with a hidden pocket on the right side for hanging small items. The clothing has reflective strips at 5 points on the front and back, ensuring visibility for fire fighters at night. The waist of the garment comes with a pull cord for adjustable fit.
The trousers feature魔术tape closures on both sides for easy donning and doffing for emergency personnel. Side tool pockets are enhanced with webbing loops to hang small tools, offering practicality. The knee area is reinforced with Kevlar orange fabric, and the hems on both sides are adjustable with zippers. The leg sides are designed with 360° flame-retardant reflective strips.

(2) Each piece of clothing made from the same color fabric must have a surface color difference and non-surface color difference of ≥3-4 grade differences.
(3) No defects affecting the product's appearance and durability, such as broken threads, weaves, or tears.
Forest Fire Rescue Helmet
The helmet is designed to withstand impacts from sharp objects, resist corrosion, and shield against heat radiation. Made of PA66 nylon, it offers shock resistance and piercing protection. Inside, it features a dense foam cushioning layer, even-force cushioning net, and a four-point shock-absorbing helmet band to mitigate external impacts to the head. The helmet boasts temperature resistance, durable shell, penetration resistance, flame retardancy, and heat resistance. The visor lenses have high light transmission, shock resistance, heat resistance, anti-fogging, scratch resistance, radiation protection, and anti-aging properties.
1 Performance Requirements
(1) The helmet withstands an impact force of ≥2100N within 4 hours at 50 degrees Celsius. At a low temperature of -28 degrees Celsius, the impact force is ≥2550N within 4 hours.
(2) Flame Retardancy: The helmet shell self-extinguishes within 5 seconds after the flame leaves the cap. The helmet rim remains undamaged; rigid accessories must maintain functionality; no carbonization or shedding of material surface is allowed.
(3) Chin strap tensile strength, chin strap extension length ≥ 11.5mm
(4) Helmet weight ≤ 770g.
