2. Boom/Lever Arm Series, heights from 14m to 58m, 360° rotation, strong climbing ability, solid tires for stable ground contact, customizable according to working conditions and requirements.

3. The spider crane has a height of 28m/36m, folds down to a compact size, is site-independent, and can operate both indoors and outdoors. The spider crane is equipped with an operator.

Service Process

1. Call our 24-hour rental hotline to discuss your usage requirements with customer service (including the basic ground conditions of the site, power facilities, working height, usage time, duration, and quantity needed, etc.).

2. Customer service provides reasonable proposal based on the site conditions, offering immediate quotes with cost prioritization.

3. In case the job situation is complex and cannot be accurately assessed, we will promptly conduct a free on-site inspection and then provide the best solution along with a quote.

4. In case the final usage duration is uncertain, we will provide separate quotations on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis. Settlement will be made at the most favorable price.

5. We enter into formal contracts, which clearly define the respective responsibilities and obligations of both parties, as well as the handling of special situations.

6. Any special requirements shall be noted as remarks in the contract.

7. According to the agreed schedule, the driver will deliver the equipment to the site, provide operation training to your designated operators, safety training, and basic troubleshooting training. Upon completion of the equipment use, the equipment will be returned to our company by the agreed-upon time, the fees will be settled, invoices will be issued, and the contract will be fulfilled.
