The dosing system is mainly composed of four parts: control system, mixing system, chemical storage tank, common platform, and metering pump. The unit combination form is mainly determined by the different requirements of users, the level of automation (automatic or manual control), the selection of dosing pump types, flexible composition of various unit forms, and installation on a base. The materials of the components of the unit combination device are mainly divided into several forms such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and lined carbon steel, which can be determined according to the user's needs. The calcium and magnesium hardness in the boiler make-up water will undergo chemical reactions or concentrate and crystallize at high temperatures, or form insolubleLime scale, which firmly adheres to the heating surface of the boiler, is a poor conductor of heat. It hinders heat transfer and can lead to boiler tube explosion accidents in severe cases. Although the boiler condensate and feed water have undergone rigorous softening and desalination treatments, a small amount of calcium and magnesium hardness still enters the boiler water.
