Electric Industrial Water Filter
Considering economic, convenient, and maintenance factors, the new series of reverse jet industrial water filters designed and manufactured by Guanghe Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. can meet customer requirements and thoroughly solve the aforementioned issues.
One, Advantages of the Product:
1. Simple structure, occupying minimal space.
2. Low cost (referring to manual backflush type).
3. High filtration flow rate, with high filtration accuracy.
4. Fully Automatic Water Filter (More expensive than manual models)
This model features an imported PLG programmable control system, remote control, and an online differential pressure monitoring system. The equipment is equipped with manual, timed, and automatic cleaning functions.
5. Applicable Impurities: mud, industrial waste, weeds, plastics, fish and shrimp, snails, algae, etc.
6. Innovative design, long service life.
Part II: Filter Structure:
This water filter is composed of: ①rotary pump, ②positioning rod, ③supporting shell, ④filter core, ⑤inlet, ⑥outlet, ⑦drainage port, as well as electric reducer and electrical cabinet.
Generally, the water quality is freshwater type, with the filter mesh and main internal components made of stainless steel. For seawater and other strongly acidic or alkaline types, it is recommended to use special stainless steel materials for parts in contact with the medium.

III. Categories
1. Differential Pressure Sewage Discharge: When impurities accumulate to a certain amount, the differential pressure signal between the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes is used for backwashing and sewage discharge. This means the electrical contact pressure gauge sends a control signal, which activates the control mechanism to open the electric sewage valve. The electric reducer operates at a speed of 3-6 rotations per minute, reversing the flow of water to flush the impurities adhering to the inner wall surface of the net core. The waste is then discharged into the cooling water outlet pipe via the sewage pipeline and valve. One cleaning cycle takes approximately 5-10 minutes. In the event of large debris that prevents the filter net from operating properly, the electric unit should run in reverse to flush out the debris.
2. Users can set the wastewater discharge timing as needed, from 0 to 99 hours, to determine the cleaning and wastewater discharge time. Generally, it is set to discharge wastewater once every 12 hours, which can be adjusted according to the water quality of the power plant. The electric reducer is set to reverse at the specified time to open the wastewater valve, followed by reverse flushing and wastewater discharge. This continues until all chambers have been flushed, at which point the electric unit stops, and the electric flushing and wastewater discharge valves close, marking the end of the wastewater discharge process.
IV. Water Filter Installation and Precautions:
1) Industrial water filters can be horizontally mounted at the condenser inlet or at the recirculation pump outlet, yielding the same effect.
2) The length of the filter screen straight pipe section should be greater than the diameter of the recirculating water pipeline.
3) Do not tilt during installation; connections must be secure.
4) Maintain a spacing of over 100mm between the filter screen and the condenser circulating water inlet, and install a compensating joint between the filter screen and the condenser for ease of maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and compensation.
5) After installation, all debris in the pre-loop water pipe of the filter screen must be cleared. Conduct operational tests before putting into service.
V. Ordering Instructions for Water Filters
Filtering precision requirements.
2. Provide pipe diameter, pressure, and flow rate information.
