Electric Industrial Water Filter
Considering economic, convenient, and maintenance factors, Guanghe Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed and manufactured a new series of industrial backflush filter systems that meet customer requirements and completely resolve the aforementioned issues.
I. Product Advantages:
1. Simple structure, minimal space requirement.
2. Low cost (referring to manual backwashing type).
3. High filtration flow and high filtration accuracy.
4. Fully automatic water filter (more expensive than manual models)
This model features an imported PLG programmable control system, remote control, and is equipped with an online differential pressure monitoring system. The device also offers manual, timed, and automatic cleaning functions.
5. Applicable Impurities: Silt, industrial waste, weeds, plastics, fish and shrimp, snails, algae, etc.
6. Innovative design, long service life.
Part II: Filter System Structure
This water filter is composed of ①rotary pump, ②locating rod, ③support shell, ④filter core, ⑤inlet, ⑥outlet, ⑦drainage port, and includes an electric reducer and an electrical control cabinet.
Typically, the water quality is freshwater, with the filter and main internal components made of stainless steel. For saltwater and other highly acidic or alkaline types, it is recommended to use special stainless steel materials for components in contact with the medium.

1. Differential Pressure Backflushing: When impurities accumulate to a certain amount, utilize the differential pressure signal between the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes for backflushing and waste removal. This is achieved by connecting the electric contact pressure gauge to control the signal, which then activates the electric waste discharge valve. The electric reducer operates at a speed of 3-6 rotations per minute, reversing the flow of water to flush away impurities adhering to the inner wall surface of the mesh core. The waste is then discharged through the waste pipeline and valve into the cooling water outlet pipe. Each cleaning and waste removal cycle takes approximately 5-10 minutes. In the event of large debris that prevents the filter mesh from operating properly, the electric unit should reverse its direction to flush away the debris.
2. Users can set the effluent timing as needed, from 0 to 99 hours, to determine the cleaning and effluent time. Generally, effluent is set to occur once every 12 hours, and the timing can be adjusted according to the water quality of the power plant. This means setting the time to start the electric reducer for reverse operation to open the effluent valve, followed by reverse flushing and effluent. This process continues until all chambers are flushed, at which point the electric device stops working, and the electric flushing valve and effluent valve are closed, marking the end of the effluent operation.
Section 4: Water Filter Installation and Precautions:
1) Industrial water filters can be horizontally installed at the condenser inlet or at the circulating pump outlet, with the same effect.
2) The length of the straight section of the filter screen inlet should be greater than the diameter of the recirculating water pipe.
3) Do not tilt during installation; ensure a secure connection.
4) Maintain a spacing of 100mm or more between the filter screen and the condenser circulating water inlet, and install a compensating joint between the filter screen and the condenser for easy maintenance, installation, removal, and compensation.
5) After installation, all debris in the filter screen's circulating water pipes must be cleared. Prior to operation, conduct a running test.
