Electric Industrial Water Filter
Considering economic, convenient, and maintenance factors, Guanghe Power Equipment Co., Ltd. has designed and manufactured a new series of industrial backwash filter water separators that meet user requirements and completely solve the aforementioned issues.
I. Advantages of the Product:
1. Simple structure and small space occupation.
2. Low cost (referring to manual backflush style).
3. High flow rate with high filtration accuracy.
4. Fully Automatic Water Filter (Costlier than manual models)
This model features an imported PLG programmable control system, remote control capabilities, and an online differential pressure monitoring system. The equipment also offers manual, timed, and automatic cleaning functions.
5. Applicable Impurities: Mud and sand, industrial waste, weeds, plastics, fish and shrimp, snails, algae, etc.
6. Innovative design, long service life.
Section 2: Filter Structure
This water filter is composed of ①rotary pump ②locating rod ③supporting shell ④filter core ⑤inlet ⑥outlet ⑦drainage port, and is equipped with an electric reducer and an electrical cabinet.
Typically, the water quality is freshwater, with the filter and main internal components made of stainless steel. For seawater and other strongly acidic or alkaline types, it is recommended to use special stainless steel materials for parts in contact with the medium.

Section 3: Categories
1. Differential Pressure Backflushing: When impurities accumulate to a certain amount, the backflushing and drainage are performed using the differential pressure signal between the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes. This involves connecting the electrical contact pressure gauge to the control signal, which in turn opens the electric drainage valve. The electric reducer operates at a speed of 3-6 rotations per minute, washing away the impurities adhering to the inner wall surface of the mesh core with the water flow. The impurities are then drained through the drainage pipeline and valve into the cooling water outlet pipe. Each cleaning and draining cycle takes approximately 5-10 minutes. In case of large debris that prevents the filter mesh from operating properly, the electric device should run in reverse to flush the debris.
2. Users can set the drainage time as needed, ranging from 0 to 99 hours to determine the cleaning and drainage schedule. Typically, drainage is set to occur every 12 hours, and the timing can be adjusted according to the water quality of the power plant. The set time activates the electric reducer for reverse operation to open the drainage valve, followed by reverse flushing and drainage. This process continues until all chambers are flushed, at which point the electric unit stops, and the electric flush valve and drainage valve are closed, marking the end of the drainage operation.
IV. Filter Installer and Precautions:
1) Industrial water filters can be horizontally installed at the condenser inlet or at the circulating pump outlet; the effect is the same.
2) The length of the straight section of the filter screen import should be greater than the diameter of the recirculating water pipe.
3) Do not tilt during installation; ensure secure connections.
4) Maintain a clearance of over 100mm between the filter screen and the condenser circulating water inlet, and install a compensating joint between the filter screen and the condenser for ease of maintenance, assembly, disassembly, and compensation.
5) After installation, all debris in the circulating water pipes in front of the filter screen must be cleared. A running test should also be conducted before operation.
