Features of the Graphite Furnace for Delivery:
Welded from flanges and cylinders, the reinforced load-bearing frame is assembled from various steel sections and plates for the placement of the furnace.
The furnace bottom features a double-layered butterfly water jacket structure. The lifting and lowering of the furnace bottom is achieved through an electric reducer, which is then transmitted flexibly via synchronous bearings. An electric screw drives the support frame to smoothly elevate or lower the furnace bottom, preventing damage to the graphite crucible during the process. The lifting mechanism is equipped with upper and lower limit switches. Once the furnace bottom is in place, production personnel handle the loading and unloading operations.
Automatically adjustable according to the user's process and equipment requirements, manually set once and no need for further manual switching. High temperature control accuracy and easy operation.
