SMC Compacted Septic Tank

A new technology-produced compact septic tank is a three-section fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) septic tank. Made from high-strength glass fiber and high-performance auxiliary additives, the product's base material is sheet molding compound (SMC sheet), formed by a large four-column hydraulic press. The compact septic tank features a cylindrical structure divided into an upper cover and a lower base, sealed with a gasket in the middle, and securely fastened with bolts for ease of assembly.

The three-chamber glass-fiber reinforced plastic septic tank consists of three interconnected sealed chambers separated by partitions, with a volume ratio of 2:1:3. Faeces enter the first chamber through an inlet pipe and overflow sequentially to the third chamber. Its hygienic principles include: (1) intermediate faecal flow; (2) sedimentation of eggs; (3) facultative anaerobic fermentation to degrade organic matter; (4) the ovicidal effect of the degradation products. After the faeces undergo these processes in the septic tank, they are finally rendered harmless.
