Belt Conveyor

A belt conveyor is a conveying machine that uses a continuous and flexible belt to transport materials. It is suitable for conveying various bulk materials as well as individual items of relatively small unit weight on assembly, inspection, and testing production lines. Depending on the type of flexible conveyor belt, it can be categorized into: fabric core rubber belts, fabric core PVC belts, steel belts, mesh belts, etc. The fabric core can be further divided into cotton duck, nylon duck (blN), polyester nylon interlock duck, etc. The shape of the roller on the belt conveyor can be troughed or flat. Troughed rollers are commonly used for transporting loose materials, with angles ranging from 20 to 45 degrees. Flat rollers can also transport loose materials but are less common, primarily used for transporting packaged goods.

The Universal Belt Conveyors are available in six standard widths: 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1400mm. The belt speed typically ranges from 1.25 to 5.0 meters per second. Sometimes, belt conveyors are also connected with other types of transport machines, forming a hybrid transportation system.

Roller Conveyor System

Conveyor belts use rolling drums to transport packaged goods. They can operate along both horizontal and curved paths, featuring a simple structure, easy installation, operation, and maintenance. Irregular items can be placed on trays or platforms for transport. They are categorized by their drive methods into: powered conveyor belts (chain-driven, friction-driven), and non-powered conveyor belts. Non-powered conveyor belts can further be classified by their curved section shapes: cylindrical drum, conical drum, differential drum, short drum differential, etc. Additionally, they can be categorized by the form of switchgear: curved section switch, branch track, flat switch, trolley switch, right-angle switch, turntable switch, and drum conveyor lifting switch, etc.

3. Roller Conveyor

The Roller Conveyor is a transport system that replaces the roller track with rollers. It features a simple structure, commonly used in non-powered drives and is suitable for short-distance transportation of packaged goods or flat-bottomed materials. Chain Conveyor

Chain conveyors are transport systems that use chains for traction and support, or are equipped with load-bearing elements such as plates, metal meshes, and rollers on the chains. Depending on the type of load-bearing surface installed on the chain, they can be categorized into: chain type, chain plate type, chain mesh type, plate type, bucket type, tray type, and trolley type. Additionally, they are often integrated with other conveyors, lifting devices, and more to form various functional production lines.

5. Suspended Conveyer Belt

Chain-driven conveyors, also known as rope-driven conveyors, are continuous transport systems. Widely used in enterprises engaged in mass production, they serve as mechanized continuous transportation equipment within production lines or between workshops, for transporting blanks, semi-finished products, and packaged goods. Chain conveyors are extensively applied in the automotive, household appliance, clothing, slaughterhouse, and postal industries. Standard chain conveyor systems typically consist of a drive unit, tensioning device, traction components, load-carrying trolleys, and safety devices, forming a closed loop with tracks usually made of rolled steel. For heavier loads, cold-drawn or forged detachable chains are used, while for lighter loads, double-hinged chains can be employed. Standard chain conveyors can facilitate horizontal, vertical transport, and turning, suspended beneath the building's trusses or floor beams, thus saving floor space. They can also transport over longer distances, ranging from several meters to several kilometers, with speeds ranging from a few centimeters per minute to 50 meters per minute. They can be categorized into different types based on the connection method of the traction and load-bearing components, such as general chain conveyors (lifting chain conveyors), push-type chain conveyors, pull-type chain conveyors, and storage-type chain conveyors; and into different types based on the support method of the load-bearing components, such as overhead suspended and ground-supported types.

6. Monorail Conveyer Belt

The monorail trolley conveyor is an electric trolley that operates on a specific overhead track, capable of forming a carrying, fully automatic material handling system. Unlike suspended conveyors, it is not driven by chains or other牵引 components; instead, each trolley has its own independent drive unit, offering greater flexibility and freedom from constraints imposed by chains or other牵引 components.

Over the past decade, the monorail conveyor has seen rapid development. In addition to its advantages such as air transportation, reduced land occupation, and full utilization of factory space, it also boasts the following features.

1) The individual cars within the system are independently driven.

2) The material is composed of tracks, sliding switches, turntables, and lift sections, forming a three-dimensional conveying network.

3) Various control methods are available, including centralized, decentralized, and distributed control, with the trolley operating fully automatically according to a set program.

4) As a random material supply system, workstations can submit random requests for materials. By randomly generating a unique address code for the requested material station on the small cart, materials can be directly delivered to the requested station.

5) Serving as a sorting and distribution system, the cargo trolleys carry unique address codes based on the types of goods they carry. Ground-based address reading stations enable automatic sorting and distribution operations, and are widely used in the automotive, telecommunications industries, as well as assembly and inspection lines in factories and enterprises.

Single-track electric trolleys do not require drive chains or their corresponding tracks. Expanding or modifying the routes is quite convenient, with some long single-track electric trolleys extending over several kilometers. They can move forward and backward, achieve various speeds, and reach up to 100 meters per minute on straight sections. As they approach workstations, they slow down to a few meters per minute, with a parking accuracy of up to 10 millimeters. The single-track electric trolley conveyors are suitable for inter-factory transportation and storage, as well as for transport between workshops within a factory, distribution centers, and for multi-level transportation within single and multi-story buildings.
